How do I make it so I don’t get the “need to be in Japan” error?
From my personal experience, usually changing the region in your computer settings and adjusting the time of your computer (UTC+9) solves the problem. However there are games which checks the OS’s (windows, iOS…etc) language.
The error is different from the locale. I saw dummy files, but I don’t know what for. Does it work for you?
After a bit of testing, it worked. First off, there is no way to play the game without the help of third-party programs UNLESS you re-install your windows in Japanese (this is also confirmed, I tried.) And if you are willing to use third-party program, there is this program called AlphaROMdiE.
Please download it from the developer’s own website. And because SiglusEngine changed there verifying sequence in recent games, tick the box “The game is neither RealLive nor SiglusEngine” in AlphaROMdiE and it should work. Keep in mind the .iso file has to be mounted when playing the game.
